Product Overview
A closed cooling tower (also called an evaporative air cooler, sealed cooling tower, or enclosed cooling tower) houses a tubular heat exchanger within the tower. The cooling effect is achieved through heat exchange between circulating air, spray water outside the tubes, and circulating water within the tubes.
Because the circulating water circulates within the tubes in a closed loop, it ensures water quality is uncontaminated, effectively protecting the efficient operation of the main equipment and extending its service life. When the outside temperature is low, the spray water system can be shut down, saving water.

Cooling Tower Structure
Our cooling tower consists of a fan, water outlet pipe, water inlet pipe, spray pump, cooler, sump inlet grille, shell, and air duct. The water outlet pipe, water inlet pipe, and cooler are made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, ensuring all materials in contact with the circulating medium are corrosion-resistant. The shell material is magnesium-aluminum-zinc or 304 stainless steel.
Working Principle
The circulating medium flows in a closed pipeline system. Cooling is achieved through heat exchange with air spray water flowing outside the tubes and enhanced by fan-assisted heat dissipation.
